Join international award-winning botanical watercolor artist Hillary Parker for a fun and informative 3-day drawing and painting workshop, inspired by the lush Florida Native plants in Pan’s Garden. The first class covers the basics of quick outdoor sketching as well as detailed drawings in preparation for a watercolor painting. The second class focuses on the basics of how the medium of watercolors actually works, where students will be learning and practicing simple and easy washes and dry brush techniques that will be used for creating a small botanical watercolor study during the third class. This informative workshop offers clear instruction, effective demonstrations, and lots of opportunities to practice.
Beginners and students new to Hillary’s classes are welcome, so come join the fun!
