The Preservation Foundation of Palm Beach offers two internship programs designed for a six-week summer experience. Both programs are project-based, promoting collaboration among participants and providing opportunities for hands-on learning. Throughout the internship, students work closely with experienced professionals in the field, gaining insights and guidance as they navigate their projects. The experience culminates in a presentation where the interns showcase their work, highlighting their findings and contributions.
The Anthony K. Baker Internship provides up to two undergraduate and/or graduate students a six-week intensive on historic preservation in the Town of Palm Beach.
The Sallie B. Phillips Archival Internship provides one undergraduate and/or graduate student a six-week intensive on the library and archives that are housed at the Preservation Foundation of Palm Beach.
Applications open in January and close at the end of March.
